City Blues

Sometimes Gracefully Sometimes Gracefully

The Minnesota weather hasn’t been heating up one bit, so I’ve been keeping warm in my favorite Old Navy sweatshirts and dreaming of being sunburnt. Darebear and I were recently invited to a wedding in Tennessee, so I’m thinking of RSVP-ing with not only my name but also a “Hallelujah!” written in bold on the bottom. A warm, sunny day sounds like a miracle at this point.

Sometimes Gracefully Sometimes Gracefully Sometimes Gracefully

If you could just jet off to anywhere in the world, where would you go? Darrin’s baby sister is currently studying abroad in the Netherlands, so I’ve been living vicariously through her Instagram pictures. I could go for a sunny beach right about now, with a beautiful sunset, a margarita in my hand, and a few dolphins popping up out of the ocean. Sounds kind of like the end scene ofΒ a Disney movie {minus the alcohol, of course…although I’m sure the Genie from Aladdin would share a drink with me if I offered…}.

Darrin and I are working really hard to finish all of our “to-dos” before my sisters come home for spring break this weekend. We’ve got a whole lot of things to accomplish for our classes, so we’re trying to stay motivated {despite my desire to curl up in a warm ball on our bed and fall asleep…winter most certainly creates a “hibernation instinct” within me…}.

Hopefully your Tuesday is marvelous and productive! πŸ™‚
